2024 marks the 20th anniversary of Daybreak, one of Utah's most iconic neighborhoods. We're celebrating, and here's why you should too:
Daybreak Field at America First Square
The latest addition is the HOME OF THE SALT LAKE BEES!
This new, contemporary, multi-level ballpark with a seating capacity of approximately 6,500 fans on a 4,100-acre development is set to open in spring 2025.
But that’s not all—the stadium is ushering in a new entertainment district. The 200 acres surrounding the ballpark and America First Square will feature commercial development, including a multiplex with bowling, an arcade, and a high-end movie theater.
Why We Already Loved Daybreak Daybreak's design follows a simple principle: place parks, restaurants, shopping, schools, offices, and light rail within easy walking or biking distance from home. Trails, sidewalks, and bicycle highways connect the entire community.
With over 50 miles of trails, more than 36 parks, Oquirrh Lake in the Lower Villages, the Watercourse in the Upper Villages, and at least one park within easy walking distance of every home, Daybreak is a massive playground, gym, and meditation studio all in one.
